I have nearly 20 years of experience as an Integrative Body-Mind Medical Doctor and I'm so excited you found me.

I’ve struggled with saying no to comfort foods and had my fair share of anxious feelings. It’s a challenge for me stay on top of domestic tasks at regular intervals.  

I have a full life, get overwhelmed, sometimes I even raise my voice at my kids and fail at identifying my feelings in the moment.

Creating a passion-driven side business isn’t easy when you have a “grown up” job and your sleep habits need improving.

And guess what? 

I’m living a life of juicy aliveness, my boundaries are golden, and I feel satisfied with this beautiful life I'm creating that bends societal and cultural expectations.

Listen, it’s in my nature to bend and flex the norm within my mainstream life. My personal journey led me to sacred feminine wisdom along the way that goes beyond conventional wellness.
